Headaches, fatigue, or brain fog indoors

Fresh air — and filtration — is usually the solution
Air filters are excellent for dust and allergens – but they do not remove COâ‚‚ or most gases.
When symptoms point to headaches or fatigue, the goal is to:
Remove stale air

Replace it with controlled fresh air

Purify the air to remove PM2.5
The most effective approach:
Remove stale air and replace it with fresh air using properly designed whole-home ventilation, such as an Energy Recovery Ventilator (ERV) or Heat Recovery Ventilator (HRV)

Add a whole-home high-efficiency air purifier
Opening windows can help temporarily — but lasting relief usually requires dedicated systems.
